Meanwhile, in the latest sneak-peek, Sam and Dean are looking for Amara, aka Darkness. Sam tells Castiel, "We got nothing. No one saw anything unusual going on at the house the day the baby disappeared."

Castiel, who is wrapped in a blanket, replies, "If this is truly the Darkness we are talking about, its more of a time bomb than a baby." But it is still a baby claims Dean and adds, "The Darkness I saw was an adult, so it still has to grow up."

The ailing Angel the says, "The Darkness is almost infinite power, I am not sure what growing up means in this case." To which, Sam reminds them all that God had kicked this thing before, and Dean adds, "It would be good if he [God] shows up in time for work." Castiel, however, does not want any of them to count on it.

This is followed, by an optimistic Sam saying... "that it is possible he is around closer than we think". As Castiel tries to stand up and walk, we see him tied to a chair. Dean apologises to Castiel and says, "Until we know what is going on with you, you are still a bit of wild a card."

Coming back to Darkness, Sam declares, "You both know who we need to help defeat Darkness?" He also hints at approaching Metaron for help. But, Dean retaliates and says, "Don't even say it." To which Sam points out, "He was God's scribe. He did hear about everything."

We see Castiel tossing and turning as Dean asks if he is alright. "Its the spell," Cas replies and Sam points out, "We were hoping your angel wiring will fight it off, or slow it down atleast." He then claims that only Rowena can remove it, as Castiel's condition gets worse.

This is followed by Dean saying, "We are doing everything to find her [Rowena], and till now we have got nothing." The promotional images hint that Sam will find Rowena, but the witch will not willing help the Winchesters, given their history.

Also, the Darkness baby is with Crowley, who will use her for his own personal gain. Looks like the Winchesters have a lot of problems to deal with, starting from Castiel's health, searching for Rowena and of course the menacing threat, Darkness.
