Usually one to sit out Black Friday, Apple is getting involved this year with discounts and deals for the one-day shopping spectacular.
But unfortunately, Apple hasn't actually reduced any of its prices. Instead, the company is giving out gift cards with a range of purchases. These gift cards range from £20 for an Apple Watch Series One, up to £120 for certain Macs.
Here's how it works:
- £20 gift card - When you buy an Apple Watch Series One, or an Apple TV
- £40 gift card - When you buy an iPhone SE, 6S or 6S Plus
- £80 gift card - When you buy an iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 4
- £120 gift card - When you buy a selected MacBook, iMac or Mac Pro
In much better nows, however, third-party Apple retailers like the KRCS Group are getting involved - and they have actually reduced their prices for Black Friday. There is money off a wide range of Apple products, including the iPhone 7.
The KRCS discounts, which are available in-store and online throughout Black Friday, are:
- 4% off iPhone
- 6% off iPad mini
- 6% off Apple Watch
- 8% off iPad
- 10% off Apple TV
- 12% off Mac
- 14% off Beats audio products
John Lewis, which actually ended its first Christmas sale on the eve of Black Friday, has finally shown its hand and revealed a wide range of tech deals and discounts.
Sticking with the Apple theme, the retailer is knocking £100 off the brand-new MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, taking the entry-level price of the 15in model down to £2,249.
The best Apple deals from John Lewis include:
Apple iPad Pro 9.7in, Wi-Fi, 128GB - From £609
