Currys PC World Boxing Day Sales and opening hours: TVs, smartphones, tablets and more

After Currys/PC World's hugely popular Black Friday sales, the electronics retailer is set to launch its Boxing Day sales offering discounts on televisions, tablets, smartphones, fridges, coffee machines and more.

Currys/PC World sells pretty much everything you could possibly need in consumer electronics, from appliances like fridges and cookers to home audio and entertainment systems along with laptops, tablets and smartphones.

It is essentially a one-stop shop for all your gadget and electronics needs. And as such its Boxing Day sale is one of the most anticipated of the year.

The range of items expected to be discounted is huge, with items in pretty much every single category that Currys PC World offers expected to be on sale. Whether you want a massive curved 4K TV, a fancy coffee machine, a state-of-the-art tumble dryer or a powerful laptop, then Currys will have you covered.

Indeed, so highly anticipated are the Boxing Day deals that Currys/PC World decided that it would pre-empt the calendar by launching its Boxing Day sale online at 7pm on Christmas Eve last year.

The 2014 Boxing Day sale is likely to follow a similar pattern and those interested can sign up to receive the latest news direct from the retailer as soon as details are available.

While most of the bargains will be snapped up online, there will still be those who want to go in-store to touch their big TV before buying it. Currys PC World has not revealed when it will open its doors on 26 December, but again if we go on previous years, then the sale will kick off on the high street at 8am, giving you ample time to digest that extra mince pie.
