Tampon Girl Giovanna Plowman: Twitter Account Claiming to be Giovanna Plowman’s Insults Celebrities

Giovanna Plowman, a teenager from New York, and a girl the Internet now knows as Tampon Girl, is now the subject of impersonation on Twitter. The five-minute video [Graphic Content] of the young girl sucking on what appears to be a feminine hygiene product covered in blood, has gone viral on the Internet. And there are now a number of Twitter accounts, claiming to be that of the 15-year-old Plowman.

One such - @ItsGiovannaP - already has more than 150,000 followers. A second - @TheGiovannaP - also released tweets, claiming to be from Plowman's mother: "Hello this is Giovanna mom. I'm very sorry to say that Giovanna has commit suicide on 1/27 at 8:17. I'm extremely upset with all the hate she got. Yes I wasn't happen she eat a f*****g tampon but guess what? It was her like not your life. If you think what she did wrong you."

Meanwhile, @ItsGiovannaP has been busy tweeting insults to celebrities:

"@MileyCyrus you know what? you ignored my tweets, therefor f*ck you b*tch. nasty. take a look at your hair next time you go out!" later adding, "@MileyCyrus why're you losing hair? smh. you nasty!! and liam looks like 60 years, he's raping you!"

"@Real_Liam_Payne like i was nice to even talk to people like you. i'm way more famous then u, ur NOT on my level."

"@justinbieber you sing like a girl..."

"@cher your soo ugly you look like ur 60 years old."

"@ParisJackson no one cares ugly ratchet looking ass."

Amidst all of this, there is now a third Twitter account - @hollagiovanna - from a girl claiming to be the real Giovanna Plowman.

"You guys asked for a new one [photo] time stamped! There you go!#report@itsgiovannap and all others! Rt for a follow bac," the third user wrote, posting the tweet a photograph of herself and a placard with details.
