Graham Norton Admits He Signed 'So Many NDAs' for Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Wedding

Graham Norton is going to Taylor Swift's wedding. Good luck getting him to talk about it, though.

The Irish chat show host confirmed his invite on the 27 January episode of his Wanging On podcast, but shut down any hope of insider information almost immediately. When co-host Maria McErlane brought up Swift's nuptials to Travis Kelce, Norton laughed and said he had signed 'so many NDAs' he could not breathe a word, according to Hello Magazine.

McErlane tried her luck anyway, suggesting she tag along as his plus-one. Norton was having none of it. That spot belongs to his husband, Jonathan McLeod, the Scottish filmmaker he wed in 2022. 'Over my husband's dead body,' he told her.

Swift Hinted At Norton's Invite Last Year

Norton's name first surfaced on the guest list when Swift stopped by The Graham Norton Show last October. She was there to promote her album The Life of a Showgirl, and it was her first telly appearance since Kelce got down on one knee over the summer. Norton pressed her on the wedding date. Swift gave him a knowing look and told him he would find out soon enough. Then she appeared to invite him on the spot, E! News reported.

Norton played along, pretending to be overwhelmed. If she was inviting him, he joked, it must be a big do. Swift did not disagree. 'It's huge!' she replied. The 62-year-old has never hidden his admiration for the singer. He once said she could change the economy of a country just by turning up, and he proudly calls himself an 'out-in-the-open Swiftie.'

Wedding Planning Has Slowed Down

Sources close to the couple say planning has taken a back seat for now. An insider told Rob Shuter's newsletter that Swift and Kelce have not even finished half their guest list because they would rather spend time together than crunch spreadsheets. Kelce's uncertain football future is part of the picture, too. The 36-year-old tight end is expected to decide whether he will play another NFL season by early March, according to the Daily Mail.

A source told Us Weekly in December that Swift and Kelce are aiming for a summer 2026 wedding. Kelce has already tipped his hand on timing. During a January 2025 episode of New Heights, the podcast he hosts with brother Jason, he said most of his mates get married in the summer. Autumn clashes with football, he pointed out, so that was probably off the table.

Page Six has floated Ocean House, a resort in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, as the possible venue. It sits near Swift's $17.75 million (£14.3 million) Holiday House estate. The publication also suggested Saturday, 13 June 2026, a date that would play into Swift's famous fondness for the number 13.

Who Is Expected To Attend

The couple announced their engagement on 26 August 2025, and chatter about the guest list has not stopped since. Swift's inner circle reads like a Hollywood directory. Selena Gomez, who has been close to Swift for over a decade, is expected to attend along with childhood best friend Abigail Anderson. The Haim sisters, Gigi Hadid, and model Ashley Avignone are also likely to receive invitations, Cosmopolitan reported.

On Kelce's side, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes look like near certainties. The Chiefs quarterback had Kelce in his wedding party back in 2022, so expect the favour to be returned. Kansas City head coach Andy Reid is also tipped to make the cut, along with a handful of Travis's mates from his Cleveland Heights days.

Jason Kelce looks set to serve as best man. His daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte, could double as flower girls if the timing works out, while his younger sister, Bennett, may join them depending on when the big day falls. Swift has done her share of bridesmaid duties over the years, standing up for Lena Dunham and Abigail Anderson at their weddings, according to Heavy.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are expected despite rumours of a falling out linked to the actress's legal battle with Justin Baldoni. Swift is godmother to their daughters, which should secure their spot. Comedian Nikki Glaser, an avowed Swiftie, predicted a 'big' wedding at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. 'It has to be,' she told E! News. 'It's all been leading to this.'

Us Weekly reported that Kelce has thrown himself into the planning, which Swift apparently finds sweet. Despite earlier talk of a massive blowout, the couple may go smaller than expected.

'It won't be a super huge wedding as far as guest count,' a source said. Swift, 36, has stayed out of the spotlight lately. Her last public outing was a Beverly Hills date with Kelce on 12 January, Entertainment Tonight reported.

As for Norton, he could not resist one more gag on his podcast. He joked that Kelce had 'kind of stepped down' and that he himself might pop up on the day with a surprise announcement. Whatever his real role winds up being, the broadcaster seems to be relishing every second of his insider status.
