The best of movies, TV shows, and actors were honoured at the 22nd Annual Critics' Choice Awards, which was held at Santa Monica Airport's Barker Hangar on Sunday (11 December).

The event, which was held more than a month in advance, saw some of the biggest Hollywood stars such as Justin Timberlake, Kaley Cuoco, Nicole Kidman, Jim Parsons, Kevin Hart among others take the stage present the awards to the winners.

The awards show was kicked off by host T.J. Miller, who began with "We're going to honor the best in television over the last year, and the best in film that's come out in the last two days."

The movie La La Land was the biggest winner of the night as it bagged eight awards from 12 nominations, while the movies Arrival and Moonlight bagged two awards each from their respective 10 nominations.
