An explosive lawsuit by Bobbi Kristina Brown's conservator accuses her boyfriend of violent abuse before she was found unresponsive, and of stealing her money afterward.

The lawsuit, filed in Fulton County in Georgia by Brown's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, accuses Nick Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and manipulating her funds.

Brown, 22, has been unconscious since she was found early this year unresponsive in a bathtub in the home she shared with Gordon. She has now been moved to hospice care as her conditions continues to deteriorate.

Gordon's violence against Brown included punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair, according to the suit.

Brown allegedly confided to an unnamed person in early January that Gordon "was not the man she thought he was" and set up a time to meet. "Brown, however, never made it to the meeting," says the suit. Instead, "she became embroiled in a loud argument" with Gordon, according to the lawsuit, and was later found face down in her bathtub with a swollen mouth and broken tooth.

Brown's father, Bobby Brown, recently called for justice for his daughter's condition. He didn't name Nick Gordon, but strongly indicated someone "had a hand" in causing his daughter's injuries.

The suit accuses Gordon of stealing $11,000 from Brown's bank account after she was found unconscious. But long before that Gordon sought to control her money, the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit says Gordon initially represented himself as Brown's surrogate brother before 2012. But after Brown inherited money from her late mother, Whitney Houston, Gordon "assumed the position of Brown's boyfriend" and sought to control Brown and gain access to her funds, at one point transferring money into an account controlled only by him, according to the suit.

He even began to question Brown's access to trust funds, and "threatened one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons," the suit says. That trustee obtained a restraining order against Gordon in April, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges Brown has suffered "life threatening bodily harm and damages," and asks for damages of at least $10m each for the assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured," Hargrove said in a statement.
