London's Tate Modern played host to some of the most accomplished men in the entertainment industry at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2016 on 6 September. This year, the international man trophy went to Chris Pine while The Hobbit and Poldark actor Aidan Turner was named the best TV actor and Ricky Gervais won the 2016 genius award.

While the night was mainly about the year's best men, the UK magazine also celebrated some of the special women in entertainment. Amy Schumer took home the GQ woman award while Bella Hadid was named the Hugo Boss model of the year.

Returning from Rio with a total of 67 Olympic medals, including 27 gold, Team GB was named team of the year and London's Mayor Sadiq Khan scooped the politician trophy.

The award dinner was hosted by actor Stanley Tucci and the winners of the evening were selected by the British GQ editorial team.
