Khloe Kardashian has sent her followers into a frenzy after sharing a picture of herself with a dog on Instagram.
The 34-year-old reality TV star sparked speculation she has undergone rhinoplasty – a nose job – as her bridge appears noticeably slimmer and defined in the latest shot.
The reportedly pregnant star is seen sitting on a leather chair in a black silk robe while holding up a dog with curly brown fur. Sporting her usual flawless make-up look complete with fake lashes and plump nude lips, eagle-eyed fans spotted something different about the star.
Some of Khloe's 69.8 million followers commented on the shot, with one person stating: "What happend with ur nose???"
Another said: "You look so different! You look good but something is different...nose?"
While a third added: "The nose looks different".
Others put the change down to make-up contouring, with someone else commenting: "You're makeup and nose contour is on fleeeeek Khlo ".
The star, who is said to be pregnant with her first child from boyfriend Tristan Thompson, is prone to a spot of photoshopping, but surprised her followers with her latest snap.
She has undergone quite the transformation since her marriage split from Lamar Odom, sculpting her "revenge body" with regular gym workouts and going back to blonde hair.
Khloe previously claimed that she keeps motivated by working out with someone. She said: "I totally believe in, if you're on this journey, you should do it with someone. I work out with my boyfriend.
"I think your partner, you should have similar hobbies. It's motivating; I love to be a little competitive! Kourtney loves to show me pictures of her abs and I'm like "Girl", because she's had three kids and she looks so amazing! But we're having an "ab off".
