Zac Efron, at Universal Studios in Hollywood for the premiere of his new Dr. Seuss film, "The Lorax", had a rather embarrassing moment!

He admitted to dropping a condom on the red carpet, while taking his hand out of his pocket to greet a fan. Fortunately, he managed to both cover up the incident as one promoting safe-sex and laughed it off at a recent interview.

According to The Herald Sun, while being interviewed by Matt Lauer, the actor was actually more comfortable about it than his interviewer.

''I never really had a pocket checking policy prior to going onto the red carpet but now I have full one," Efron was quoted as saying by The Daily Mail.

"Yes. It's a great message (safe sex) to add to the many messages in the film," Efron was quoted as saying by The Sun.
