Parkwood Entertainment announced in July that the release of 'Morning Dew (Donk)' began a 60-day countdown to Beyoncé's birthday and the 20th-anniversary reissue of B'Day. The anniversary edition is scheduled for 4 September, two decades after the album's worldwide release on her 25th birthday.

That confirmed release has given fans another reason to focus on the date, but there is no official evidence that Act III will arrive alongside it.
