London-based AI-powered creator monetisation platform Fanvue has secured $22 million (£17 million) in Series A funding and announced it has surpassed a $100 million (£78 million) annual revenue run rate, demonstrating strong growth and stability that should inspire confidence among investors and partners.

The round was led by Inner Circle, a network comprising more than 50 exited founders, financiers, and high-profile figures from sport and entertainment. Other participants include Moonbug founder René Rechtman, who guided the company through its multi-billion-dollar exit, and the founders of the UK insurtech unicorn Marshmallow.

Founded in 2022 by Joel Morris, Will Monange, and Harry Fitzgerald, Fanvue is headquartered in Canary Wharf and has grown rapidly, supporting more than 250,000 creators and 17 million monthly active users. The company reports 450% year-on-year revenue growth, positioning it among the fastest-growing platforms in the creator economy, and has expanded its team from 42 to 115 employees over the past 12 months, hiring senior talent from Amazon, TikTok, and other global technology businesses.

Fanvue was recently named Europe's Fastest-Growing Company at the International Business Awards (Stevies) and was listed in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, reflecting both its commercial momentum and its focus on building an innovative, high-performing culture.

The platform has positioned itself at the forefront of the emerging 'Creator AI Economy', where artificial intelligence is used to augment (rather than replace) human creativity. Over 93% of creators actively use its proprietary AI tools, including advanced analytics, voice cloning, and content generation, underscoring its innovative leadership and likely to excite industry analysts and potential partners.

These capabilities help creators scale output, improve fan engagement, and increase earnings through a direct-to-fan subscription model, with creators retaining 80% of revenue.

Will Monange, Co-Founder and CEO, said:

'Reaching these two milestones, the Series A and the $100m run rate, in the same week, demonstrates the strength of the model we've built in London. AI is enabling creators to reclaim time, deepen connections, and build sustainable businesses in ways that were previously impossible.'

The funding is to be used to accelerate product development, especially next-generation AI features, expand internationally from the UK, and enhance responsible AI safeguards, including collaboration with Hive on deepfake detection technology, reinforcing Fanvue's commitment to sustainable growth and stakeholder safety.

James Cox, Co-Founder of Inner Circle, commented:

'Joel, Will, Harry and the team are building the category-defining platform, enabling creators globally to monetise their audiences at scale. We're proud to be their partner, opening up our community's access, influence, and distribution as they scale.'

Fanvue's momentum comes as the global creator economy is projected to exceed $500 billion by 2030, with the UK emerging as a key hub for platforms that combine AI innovation with creator-first economics.

The company has indicated that several significant creator announcements involving mainstream talent are expected in the coming months.
