Before the wedding even takes place, Swift has already made headlines, but for all the wrong reasons. Her name was dragged into Blake Lively's ongoing controversy with Justin Baldoni after their text messages were leaked to the public. For many years, Swift and Lively were great friends. In fact, Swift is a godmother to Lively's children. However, it seems that this could all change.

No Invitation

British journalist Rob Shuter just revealed that Swift and Kelce have no plans of inviting Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, to their wedding. He said that Swift wants a drama-free day and following the leaked text messages, the singer no longer trusts Lively and Reynolds.

A source told Shuter that Swift felt exposed and violated after her conversations with Lively were leaked. Initially, the texts seemed direct and sweet sent between close friends. However, the issue had to do with the two celebrities talking about Baldoni and criticising him.

Partners' Dislike for Each Other

Following the recent events, another source said that Swift and Lively are barely talking to each other. As for their partners, the source claimed that Kelce and Reynolds do not even like each other that much because they are polar opposites.

'There's been an emotional gap for a long time. Rebuilding trust doesn't feel possible right now. Travis just doesn't trust him [Reynolds]. He thinks Ryan's always "on" — and that rubs him the wrong way. Travis is blunt and real. Ryan is curated. That contrast never worked,' the source said.

Another source told Us Weekly that the last thing Swift wants is to be part of Lively and Baldoni's ongoing drama. 'Having her texts out there made her feel exposed and kind of violated, like, something private suddenly wasn't hers anymore. That doesn't sit well with her,' the source said.

In the ad, Nicole referenced a so-called ex-girlfriend fiasco and refused to mention the term 'swiftly'. Obviously, Kelce's new partner's surname is Swift.

Reports also confirmed that Swift skipped this year's Super Bowl to focus on her projects and other commitments. According to Cheat Sheet, it is possible Swift skipped this year's Super Bowl due to some security concerns. It is also important to note that Kelce did not play this year so Swift didn't have any reason to be there. Still, Kelce attended the Super Bowl on Sunday to support the National Football League.
