Selena Gomez is comfortable to bare all for photo shoots. The former Disney star had left little to the imagination for the cover photo for the new album, Revival.
In the black and white image, the 22-year-old singer looked almost naked as she sat cross-legged. She captioned the picture: "REVIVAL"
"Selena knows she has to keep up with the likes of Miley and do a risqué naked shoot for her album artwork because it's good for sales," a source told Hollywood Life. "It worked for Madonna in the past, and others have always sold their sexier side along with their music," the insider added. "Selena doesn't believe she should be too shy when it comes to promoting her own record in that regard."
Meanwhile, during an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest in June, Gomez, who insists that she does not want people who spread negativity in her life, talked about her upcoming album. "I'm not the best singer in the world, but I know how to translate emotion and I have a lower register that I hated when I was younger and now I kind of know how to use that," she said. "I'm just finding my strengths now as an artist. I'm becoming a young woman and I'm comfortable with my sensuality. It's just kind of not try-hard. It's just perfect. I think to me that was exactly what I want people to see for the next chapter for me."
In her personal life, the 22-year-old Come And Get It singer has been single since splitting with Canadian pop star Justin Bieber. It was previously reported that Gomez is ready to rekindle her romance with the Baby hitmaker, if he was ready to cut ties with his female friends.
