Kylie Jenner Admits She Wants Bigger Breasts but 'Probably Not' Having Another Augmentation Procedure

Kylie Jenner has revealed she wished she had bigger breasts despite previously saying she regretted having her breasts enhanced at a young age.

The 29-year-old made the candid admission during the August 26 episode of the 'Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast,' hosted by her close friends Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel.

'I do want them bigger, I say it every day. I'm like, 'They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my t*ts to walk in before I do.' Love t*ts,' Jenner said.

Karanikolaou appeared unsurprised. She said Jenner has 'an obsession with big t*ts' and has been saying she wants to go bigger 'for the past year.'

However, Jenner admitted another procedure is unlikely to happen before her 30th birthday in August 2027.

'Probably not,' she said when asked about getting the surgery before turning 30.

Kylie's Breast Augmentation History

Jenner's comments are notable because she previously spoke openly about regretting her first breast augmentation.

For years, the reality star faced speculation about cosmetic surgery. She eventually confirmed on The Kardashians in 2023 that she had her breasts done when she was 19.

The procedure took place before she became pregnant with her daughter, Stormi Webster, in 2017. Jenner later said she wished she had waited.

'I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,' she said at the time.

The mom of two also said her natural breasts had been 'gorgeous' and advised women considering similar procedures to wait until after having children.

Jenner has since become more transparent about the procedure. In 2025, she revealed that she received 445 cc moderate-profile silicone implants, placed partly under the muscle, from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Garth Fisher.

The revelation attracted widespread attention online, with other celebrities also discussing their own breast augmentation experiences.

A Different View of Cosmetic Surgery

Breast augmentation is not the only cosmetic procedure associated with Jenner. She publicly acknowledged getting lip filler as a teenager after years of speculation.

In 2015, she confirmed that she had lip fillers, explaining that insecurity about her lips had influenced the decision. She has also denied undergoing many of the other procedures frequently attributed to her, including facial reconstruction and a nose job.

Her attitude towards cosmetic surgery has also evolved. While Jenner once expressed regret over having breast implants at 19, she now appears open to undergoing another procedure.

For now, though, there is no confirmed surgery date or new implant size.

Instead, Jenner has another cosmetic goal before turning 30. She said she wants to have her belly button pierced, with 'diamonds dripping from my belly button.'

'Just to experience it,' she added.

On the same podcast episode, Jenner has also addressed fresh pregnancy rumours, laughing off speculation that she is expecting her third child with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet. She said she is used to people 'creating their own narrative' about her personal life and does not feel obliged to respond to every rumour. Jenner, who shares two children with ex Travis Scott, added that she expects the truth to emerge eventually.
