Overview

The Royals sealed their second victory of this edition of the IPL after defeating Delhi Daredevils in a nail biting clash. JP Duminy's side managed 184 runs for the loss of three wickets from 20 overs.

Rajasthan Royals did not enjoy a great start as only opener Ajinkya Rahane was the star man with the bat, scoring 47 runs. It was Deepak Hooda's brilliant knock of 54 down the order, followed by a boundary of the last ball by Tim Southee, helped Steve Smith's side manage a victory.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians suffered their second straight defeat after they went on to lose a last-ball thriller earlier against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and then Kings XI Punjab. They need to bounce back in order to avoid a third consecutive defeat.

Rohit Sharma and his men will have a huge task at hand as they will be hoping for their first win on Tuesday. After a disappointing batting effort against Punjab, the Mumbai based side will be looking to bounce back in their upcoming fixture.
