Where to Watch Live

The match starts at 3:30pm GMT. Live coverage will be available on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD. Real-time internet updates and the live streaming link are available on ATP's official website.

Overview

Federer had no trouble in making it to the last eight of the BNP Paribas Masters as the 33-year-old defeated Lucas Pouille in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 on Thursday. The Swiss tennis star won the tournament in 2011 and he is just three wins away winning it for the second time in his career.

The former World No 1, along with Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray are the favourites to win this year's event in Paris. However, Djokovic will face Murray in the first quarter final clash and one of the favourites will be knocked out of the tournament.

Federer has a very good chance of winning the BNP Paribas Masters this year and a victory on Friday will help him inch closer towards the final on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Raonic had to defeat Roberto Bautista Agut in the third round clash on Thursday. The match ended in straight sets, but the 23-year-old had to fight hard to earn a place in the quarter finals.

The Canadian defeated Bautista Agut in straight sets 7-5, 7-6 and a win against Federer will see him make it to the last four of the BNP Paribas Masters.
