Is Sharon Osbourne Having More Cosmetic Surgery? Her Remarks After Revealing a Dent in Her Face
The television personality discussed her experience on The Osbournes Podcast, while stressing that she has not announced plans for another operation

Sharon Osbourne has questioned whether further cosmetic surgery is worthwhile after describing a procedure that she says left a lasting indentation on her face. The 74-year-old television personality discussed the experience on the 15 October episode of The Osbournes Podcast, alongside her son Jack Osbourne and daughter-in-law Aree.
During the conversation, Sharon described the mark and questioned whether further cosmetic work would serve any purpose. Her comments offered a candid account of her experiences with cosmetic procedures and the limits of trying to maintain a youthful appearance.
Sharon has spoken publicly about undergoing cosmetic procedures over the years, including facelifts, breast implants and fillers. Her latest remarks revisit the subject from the perspective of someone who has experienced results she considers disappointing.
Sharon was married to the late rock musician Ozzy Osbourne for 43 years. He died on 22 July 2025, and the couple shared three children: Aimee, Kelly and Jack.
Sharon Osbourne Describes a Cosmetic Surgery Complication
The discussion began while the family was talking about Brandi Glanville, known for appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville has publicly discussed concerns about changes to her face, prompting Jack to ask Sharon whether she had ever felt frightened before undergoing cosmetic surgery.
'I have when I've woken up and seen the mistakes,' Sharon replied.
She then described a procedure that she believes left a lasting indentation. Gesturing towards her face, she indicated a diagonal line running from beneath her right nostril towards her chin.
'I have an indentation left from it here all the way down here,' she said.
Sharon did not identify the procedure or name the surgeon involved. She speculated that the surgeon may have left someone else to continue the work while taking a phone call.
'I think he took a phone call,' she added.
Sharon also described returning to complain about the result. According to her account, she received an injection but was not told precisely what it contained.
She recalled being reassured that it was a 'special concoction' that would work. However, she said the treatment failed to correct the indentation.
'Well, actually, it didn't f*****g work. I've got a dent,' she said.
Jack and Aree said they could not see the mark, while Sharon maintained that she could feel it. She then remarked that her face was not how she earned her living.
'But anyway, it's not like I earned my living on my f*****g face,' she said.
The account was reported by The Daily Beast following the podcast episode. Sharon's comments are available in the 15 October episode of The Osbournes Podcast.
Neither the surgeon nor the clinic was identified during the discussion. IBTimes UK has not independently verified the circumstances of the procedure or the treatment Sharon described. Her account should therefore be understood as her personal recollection, rather than an independently established finding of medical negligence.
Is Sharon Osbourne Considering More Cosmetic Work?
Jack subsequently asked whether his mother was considering further cosmetic enhancements. Her response suggested that she was questioning the reasons for pursuing additional procedures.
'Oh, Jack, who am I doing it for now?' she replied.
Sharon did not announce plans for another operation. However, she also did not make an absolute promise never to undergo cosmetic surgery again.
She went on to explain why focusing exclusively on facial appearance could become difficult as the rest of the body continued to age. In her view, a tightened face could look noticeably younger than a person's hands and arms.
'Well, look at my hands, look at my arms,' she said.
She also described the contrast between a youthful-looking face and the natural signs of ageing elsewhere on the body. Her conclusion was that accepting the ageing process could be more sensible than continually trying to change one's appearance.
'You've got a face that looks 50, and your body looks your age,' she continued, before adding that the answer was to 'go with it.'
Her remarks reflect a more questioning attitude towards cosmetic procedures, particularly after experiences she regards as disappointing. They also highlight the distinction between undergoing a procedure and being satisfied with its outcome.
Jack and Aree have two daughters together, Maple and Ozzy. Jack also has three daughters from his previous marriage.
The conversation took place against the backdrop of Sharon's long public career and her extensive experience with cosmetic treatments. However, her comments do not establish whether she will ever reconsider further procedures.
For now, the clearest conclusion is that Sharon has spoken candidly about a facial indentation she attributes to a past procedure. Her response to Jack suggests that she is questioning the value of further cosmetic work, rather than announcing another operation.
