Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is apparently moving on in her love life following reports of her split from husband, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. The X Factor judge is reportedly planning to be known by her first name once her divorce is finalised.

The former Girls Aloud member married the French businessman in a secret wedding in the Caribbean on 7 July 2014. The couple tied the knot following a whirlwind three-month relationship.

"Cheryl doesn't want people to use Fernandez-Versini. She wants to put the marriage behind her," an alleged source told The Sun.

This comes after reports emerged that Cheryl is in a relationship with One Direction singer Liam Payne. The 22-year-old British boy band member and the 32-year-old Crazy, Stupid Love singer apparently started dating in December.

Payne first met Cheryl when he was auditioning for the ITV talent show. Rumours that the pair are romantically involved started after the History singer reportedly got a rose tattoo on his hand, similar to the rose tattoo on Cheryl's bottom. The latest is that Payne has posted a photograph with Cheryl on Instagram.

Cheryl and Payne apparently spent the Valentine's Day together at the Maldives. Previously, asource had apparently told the publication: "It was great for Liam and Cheryl to go on their first big holiday away together. The Maldives was the perfect spot as there was little chance of fans spotting them and it gave them a chance to spend time together. It was really hushed up and they went to great lengths not to be spotted when they flew in."

"Some of their closest friends didn't even know they had been away, let alone on holiday with each other. They had an amazing trip and it really made them believe they had something special together. Being able to completely unwind away from the world's eye is not something that a member of the biggest boyband of the world and one of the UK's biggest style icons get to do often," the insider added.

"So they made the most of being in their stunning surroundings. It's early days but they are extremely loved up. They enjoyed it being just them but now they can be more open about it, they are excited to see where things go from here," the source continued.
