Pavement Picasso, Julian Beever, is an English artist who creates three dimensional drawings on pavement surfaces that give the illusion of 3D when viewed from a specific angle.

The projection technique used for creating such an art is called anamorphosis in which an illusion (Anamorphic) is drawn "in a special distortion in order to create an impression of 3 dimensions when seen from one particular viewpoint."

Besides pavement art, Beever also paints murals with acrylic paints and replicas of the works of masters and oil paintings, and creates collages.

Among his other works are drawings, usually themed around music.

Beever is the first choice for companies as a performance artist and to create murals. He has worked in the UK, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, the USA and Australia.

In 2010, Beever released a book, Pavement Chalk Artist, which includes photographs of many of his works from around the world.
