Halo: The Master Chief Collection will receive a bumper patch later today that addresses "matchmaking performance, UI, gameplay, and title-specific issues".

Developers 343 Industries has been battling a number of issues with the game since its launch last week. The problems have plagued pretty much all aspects of the game – which includes revamped versions of Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4.

Speaking on Halo Waypoint, 343 revealed that the patch will be made available today (20 November) in the afternoon in the US, so late afternoon/ early evening in the UK.

Thanking users for their patience, 343 also said that further updates are being developed to bring the Xbox One exclusive up to scratch.
