Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence is extremely worried that the nude photo scandal will hinder her career.

Naked images of female celebrities, including the 24-year-old Oscar-winner, top model Kate Upton, Kirsten Dunst, and more, were leaked online by an anonymous hacker.

"Jen is horrified over this leak and knows that this will possibly effect her upcoming roles," a source told Hollywood Life. "She knows that A list stars don't have this type of controversy attached to them and is very much horrified over the whole situation," the source added.

Following the incident, a spokesperson for Lawrence had issued a statement: "This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

Lawrence had previously spoken out about how fame has impacted her personal life.

"My personal life is now ruined. I've had to create a new one and get used to this new life. It's hard and it takes time, but I'm sure I will get it. I'm just mourning my old life. I miss that," she told Spanish website Mujerhoy.com last year.

"I don't want to forget what it's like going to a coffee shop and people looking at me like a normal person. A part of me can't get used to it and it makes me sad," she added.
