Where to Watch Live

The game is set to start at 2.30pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available on BBC One.

Overview

Murray took four sets to defeat Andreas Seppi on 4 July and made his way into the second week of the tournament, which has already seen the ouster of Rafael Nadal. The world number three had a shoulder problem in the last game which was tended to in the middle of the game and from where he came back to win the fourth set with ease.

The 2013 Wimbledon champion struck 32 winners and 10 aces, as he sets himself up for a showdown with the big serving Croatian. All eyes will be on the Briton to set his ambitions back on track after falling to Stanislav Wawrinka in the semi-finals of the French Open last time around.

Karlovic comes into the game with a reputation of pulling off aces on a consistent basis, as he has shown throughout the tournament, more notably against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga who he defeated in four sets in the third round.

This is the sixth time that the two are meeting each other, with Murray having the better of the player in each of the previous occasions, including one in the 2012 Wimbledon finals.

Betting Odds (By 888Sport)

  • Murray Win: 1/12
  • Karlovic Win: 7/1

Head-to-Head

The duo have faced each other five times previous to this meeting, with Murray prevailing in each of these occasions. However, with momentum on Karlovic's side this can be the stage where he finally pulls one off over his more decorated opponent.
