The reality of Bobbi Kristina Brown's comatose state had encouraged her feuding family members to call a truce but it looks like tensions are starting to flare once again.

According to the Inquistr, the 22-year-old's godmother Pat Houston and grandmother Cissy Houston have been urging a defiant Bobby Brown to take his daughter off life support.

"Of course Bobby wants Krissy to wake up and return to her life. That's all he wants. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of hope and the Houston family is resigned to the fact that keeping Krissy on life support may not be the best option," a source told the publication. "They don't think what Bobby is doing is the best thing for [Kristina]."

Bobbi Kristina has been on life support since she was found face down in a bath at her Georgia home on 31 January 2015. The aspiring actress was recently moved from Georgia's Emory University Hospital to DeKalb Medical facility in Atlanta, which is said to be better for long-term care.

A source close to the warring family claimed that "nothing has improved" in the weeks since she was moved to the new facility, and while Cissy and Pat are ready to let her go, Bobby is optimistic his daughter will make a full recovery.

"She is still unresponsive and unfortunately hasn't made any progress in the new place," the family source reportedly said. "This is heartbreaking for everyone who loves her so much, but Cissy and the rest of the Houston family feel like God should be making the final decision about her future."

Earlier in April, Bobby opened up about his daughter's condition and the ordeal his family is facing, admitting it had been "rough".

"I wanna thank all of y'all for coming out tonight, for supporting me and my family," he said during an emotional outburst at the Soul Food Festival in Los Angeles - his first public appearance since the tragedy occurred.

"Rough times are rough times, hard times are hard times. I dunno what the hell I am going through right now, but I am giving it to God and letting him deal with it."

Bobbi Kristina's condition sadly echoes the death of her mother, who on the eve of the 2012 Grammys on 11 February, was found unresponsive in a bath at a Beverley Hills hotel.
