Paris Saint-Germain pairing of Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani are keen on making a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, according to the Daily Mirror.

Chelsea are in the market for a prolific striker and manager Jose Mourinho has previously expressed his interest in the PSG pairing and may make a double swoop in the summer.

The Portuguese manager is reported to have agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for Diego Costa, but may still be interested in making a move for the duo, given the lack of options up front for the manager.

Demba Ba, Samuel Eto'o and Fernando Torres are all expected to make their way out of the club and the former Real Madrid man is likely to look for at least three players to cover for him over the course of the season.

The duo is valued at a fee of £80m, a steep sum with the FFP regulations coming into practice from next season.

Cavani is frustrated with his role as backup to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and is looking to make his way out of France.

The striker was stunted to the right in the first leg, where he failed to have an impact but got into scoring positions after the injury to the Swede forced him out of the game.

Lavezzi was in sparkling form throughout the tie and will be a big swoop for Mourinho, with the Argentine also looking to ply his trade elsewhere. Chelsea beat PSG 2-0 in the second leg at the Bridge to ensure qualification to the semi-finals, where they will play Atletico Madrid to secure their place in the finals.

The Blues are also challenging for the Premier League title, placed two points behind Liverpool with four games left in the season.

The league is set to be decided next week when Chelsea travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool in the title decider. Anything but a win for Liverpool will hand the initiative to Manchester City, who are currently seven points behind but with two games in hand.
