Overview

The clash between Costa Rica and Paraguay will see these two teams play their first match of the tournament. The other two teams from Group A, Colombia and USA met on 3 June and the host nation lost the match 2-0.

The winner on Saturday will see them share the same points with Colombia and could go on top of Group A table, if they manage to have a difference of three goals. It will also improve their chances of making it to the quarter-final of the 2016 Copa America. Costa Rica will face USA in the second match, while Paraguay will take on Colombia on 8 June.
