The 15th edition of the European Championship finals has entered the second phase after the conclusion of the group stages. Sixteen teams out of the 24 that started the tournament have progressed to the knockout phase and will compete in the Round of 16 for the first time in the tournament's history.

There were no upsets in the overall results in the group stages with all the pre-tournament favourites and other top sides in Europe making it through. However, Spain's failure to qualify as group winners has cost them and pitted them against Italy in the pre-quarters, while England face the prospect of facing France in the quarter-finals if they win their respective Round of 16 matches after the Three Lions finished second in the group behind arch rivals and neighbours Wales.

The tournament begins now for all the top teams, especially with the bottom half of the draw packed with most of the pre-tournament favourites. We could have a quarter-final in which England face France, while Germany could come up against Spain or Italy.

The tournament is being broadcast live all across the globe on TV, online and mobile platforms. IBTimes UK has compiled a list of all the broadcasters for you to follow Euro 2016 coverage.
