Kick-off is at 8:05pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available on BT Sport 2.

Overview

Manchester United registered a comfortable 2-0 victory over Chelsea in their last Premier League clash. Marcus Rashford opened the score in the first half after a sublime pass from Ander Herrera and the Spanish midfielder doubled the lead in the second half.

The Red Devils dominated the game as Chelsea failed to register one shot on target. United would be delighted with that victory and will be looking to use the confidence from Chelsea win for the Europa League clash.

Jose Mourinho will be looking for nothing less than a win against the Belgium outfit on Thursday. The Portuguese tactician is aware that a success in the competition will help them seal a berth in the next season's Champions League.

Anderlecht enter this tie after managing a 1-0 victory over KV Oostende in the league. Sofiane Hanni's 48th minute goal was the difference between the two sides in the end as Anderlecht sealed three points.

The first leg in Belgium ended in a 1-1 draw as Henrikh Mkhitaryan's first half strike was cancelled by Leander Dendoncker's late header. A clean sheet would be sufficient for United to make it to the semi-final.

Rene Weiler's side will be looking to score an early goal in order to boost their chances of progressing to the next round of the tournament. A defeat will see them face elimination from the Europe's second tier club competition.

Jose Mourinho: "We have to kill matches. We have chances, we have to score. We don't score goals. If I was a Manchester United defender, I would be very upset with the attacking players because they should have won the game and didn't. We had all the conditions to kill everything today. We can only blame ourselves because we have an easy game to play in the second half and we didn't play in attack with that instinct. Sloppy is maybe the right word in my poor English. You have to play more seriously. Put together the performance of two or three of our attacking players and you squeeze not much juice out of it," Mourinho was reported as saying by the Daily Mail.

Roger Vanden Stock (Anderlecht president): "That's the way it should be: stay behind the team as one man, especially when they are behind. You have pleasantly surprised us, the players, the employees and the management, with a unique atmosphere at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium. That support was crucial for the late equalizer. Thank you fans," Stock told Anderlecht's official website.
