Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may be planning to expand their family from four to five, according to speculation that the Duchess of Sussex could be considering a third child in 2026. The rumours persist despite Markle not publicly addressing any pregnancy plans and a source claiming last year that the couple were done having kids after welcoming Archie and Lilibet.

The insider claimed at the time that the Duchess of Sussex feared their family dynamics would change if she had another baby. However, media commentators have suggested that focusing on raising another child might benefit the couple by diverting attention from their ongoing legal battles and controversies.

Media Hosts Weigh In

Talk TV hosts Ash Gould and Kevin O'Sullivan have suggested that a third pregnancy announcement may be imminent. Gould argued that having another baby might be advisable for the Sussexes, allowing them to concentrate on family life rather than generating negative headlines.

'Well, they probably should if they want to keep their life private, if they want to be family orientated, have another child, maybe it occupies you enough not to be so consumed with these cases, which seem not to get anywhere,' she said.

Another host remarked sarcastically that if the couple had another baby, it would be preferable if they shared more than just photographs of their child's head. In recent months, Prince Harry and Markle have shared only limited glimpses of Archie and Lilibet, typically showing them only from behind or in partial view. When Archie was a baby, the couple shared considerably more photos and videos with the public, but when Lilibet was born, very few images were released.

Gould added that having another baby would encourage the couple to redirect their energy, time, money, and effort towards their child rather than the various controversies they continue to address.

Age and Scheduling Considerations

Markle will turn 45 years old in August, an age at which pregnancy carries increased medical risks. The Duchess also maintains a demanding schedule due to her upcoming projects, which may complicate plans for expanding their family.

Prince Harry faces his own commitments, particularly his ongoing work with the Invictus Games, the international sporting event for wounded, injured, and sick servicemembers and veterans. The Duke of Sussex founded the games in 2014 and remains deeply involved in its organisation and expansion. Balancing the demands of a newborn with their respective professional obligations could prove challenging for both parents.

Psychic's Prediction

Despite these practical concerns, celebrity psychic Jayne Wallace has predicted that Markle and Prince Harry will welcome another baby this year, eventually expanding to four children. 'I feel Meghan is in a good place. Emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually - it's like she's coming together. The marriage is strong and stable, and I feel for them, I'm going to say there is news of another pregnancy. I'm going to say there is going to be another baby - yeah, I see her having another kid. I think she will end up with four babies,' she told Mirror UK.

Prince Harry has previously told reporters that having one to two children was sufficient for him. At the time, he was accused of indirectly criticising Prince William and Kate Middleton, who have three children.
