With Marquez dominating the first two races of this season, the 21-year-old is leading the rider's championship leader board with 50 points. His teammate Dani Pedrosa is 14 points behind the Spaniard in second place. Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi is in third spot with 28 points.
Marquez and Pedrosa's impressive form has seen Honda take a lead in the Constructor's Championship as they take the top spot with 86 points. Andrea Dovizioso and Cal Crutchlow have helped Ducati take the second place as they trail the leaders by 49 points.
