Djokovic is just one win away from winning the first Cincinnati Masters of his career. He has to beat the defending champions in order to lift the title to win another ATP Masters before the start of another Grand Slam event.

The Serbian tennis star had a scare at the start of the semi-final clash as he lost the opening set to Alexandr Dolgopolov. The 28-year0old bounced back with a victory in the second set, before sealing the final set and the match to make it to the final of the ongoing tournament. Djokovic defeated Dolgopolov as the final score was 4-6, 7-6, 6-2.

Meanwhile, Federer is on the verge of winning the seventh Cincinnati Masters of his career on Sunday. He is just two sets away from extending his record in the tournament. The former World No 1 sealed a victory over Andy Murray in the last four.

The Swiss tennis star has not dropped a single set so far and he will be looking to keep the record intact when Federer faces Djokovic in the final.
