Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is set for 7.45pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available on BT Sport 2.

Overview

PSV come into this fixture off the back of a 6-0 victory over Cambuur on Sunday. Luuk de Jong was their star player as his hat-trick and Jurgen Locadia's brace helped the side seal three points.

In game week one of the Champions League, Phillip Cocu will be hoping his side can seal a victory over the Premier League giants. A win will see them start their first fixture of Group B on a high note.

Meanwhile, United enter this fixture after a 3-1 victory over Liverpool at Old Trafford on 12 September. Dutch international Daley Blind opened the scoring in the second half, before Ander Herrera doubled the lead from the spot.

Christian Benteke scored a brilliant goal to pull one back for Liverpool. However, summer signing Anthony Martial stole the show as he scored on his debut in the final quarter of the game to seal three points for Louis van Gaal's side.

United's summer signing Memphis Depay will make a rapid return to PSV when his side visit Eindhoven. He impressed in the Champions League first leg play-off against Club Brugge, scoring twice and then assisting for the final goal.

What managers say

Phillip Cocu: "He [Van Gaal] was a great coach, he made you a better player. The way he trained, he repeated the same exercises. If a player made a mistake, well, mistakes happen. If he made that mistake again then Van Gaal would say something."

Louis van Gaal: "I don't think he [Wayne Rooney] should play Tuesday, we don't want to take any risks with our captain but you never know. It's Saturday and we still have Sunday and Monday."
