'You Will Burn in Hell': MAGA Woman Accuses Black Dad Walking With Biracial Daughter of Child Trafficking

A Black father's morning walk with his 6-year-old biracial daughter in the Almaden area of San Jose turned into a recorded confrontation after a stranger accused him of trafficking his own child, apparently because the girl appeared white to her and he did not.

The footage, posted to TikTok by @yosemiteshyam, shows a woman driving a gray Honda repeatedly pressing the accusation before citing what she called a Bible verse and telling the father to 'burn in hell.' The clip has drawn a wave of criticism online since surfacing this week.

The father says he has reported the incident to the San Jose Police Department. No arrests or charges have been publicly reported in connection with the incident, and the woman has not been publicly identified.

What the Video Shows

According to the father's own caption, this was not the woman's first approach that morning: he says she had already questioned his daughter about whether she was being trafficked before he began recording.

Once the camera was on, the woman is heard saying: 'I work with the feds... I'm making sure that you're not [expletive] trafficking this poor little girl who's very unhappy to be with you and doesn't look like your child.'

She goes on to state her reasoning directly: 'That's a white little girl, and you are a man of colour.' At another point she accuses the father of potentially 'buying or selling or trafficking' his daughter.

The woman also claims to work with federal authorities and says she has access to facial-recognition technology, claims that remain unverified and are not substantiated by the footage or available reporting on the incident.

She drives off at one point in the video, then turns around and returns to resume the confrontation.

Before finally leaving, the woman cites what she identifies as 'Psalm 10:18'. The wording, however, corresponds to Psalm 101:8 in the New Living Translation: 'My daily task will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of God from their grip.' She then tells the father: 'Burn in hell because you will.'

Online Backlash and Unanswered Questions

The video has generated significant criticism since surfacing this week, with commenters on TikTok and other social media platforms questioning whether the woman could face legal consequences if her claim of working for a federal agency proves to be false.

Falsely impersonating a federal officer is a crime under US law (18 U.S.C. § 912), although the statute generally requires that a person act in that capacity or seek something of value while doing so.

Verbally claiming a federal affiliation during a confrontation does not necessarily meet that bar on its own, and no charges have been publicly reported in this case.
