He may be flying high with his West Ham United side sixth in the Premier League, but things did not go so smoothly for Slaven Bilic on Thursday (5 November) after his table collapsed in the middle of a press conference.

Speaking to journalists at the club's Chadwell Heath training ground, halfway through answering a question the table suddenly collapsed, sending microphones crashing to the ground. The 47-year-old former Croatia boss saw the funny side of the mishap, laughing about the incident with members of the press immediately afterwards.

Bilic was speaking as his West Ham side look to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat to Watford last weekend when they play Everton at Upton Park on 7 November. The Toffees have looked in terrific form recently, scoring goals galore in a 6-2 thrashing of Sunderland on 1 November.
