Arturo Vidal

Juventus star Arturo Vidal has claimed he will decide his future upon returning from holiday - despite some reports in Chile reporting he was on the verge to complete his move to Manchester United.

Following the arrival of Luke Shaw and Ander Herrera at Old Trafford, new United manager Louis van Gaal has reportedly made Chile international Vidal and Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria his top priorities for the summer as he bids to rebuild a squad capable of challenging for titles following a disappointing last campaign.

Reports last week claimed the Chile international had already agreed personal terms to move to Old Trafford while the report saying the Premier League giants were also close to agreeing terms with Juventus with a £32m bid which will also includes Patrice Evra moving to Italy.

Chilean Agent Fernando Felicevich is understood to have taken advantage of his recent visit to England in order to finalise Alexis Sanchez's move to Arsenal and to iron Vidal's move from Turin to Old Trafford.

But questioned whether he is likely to make the step to such a big club like Manchester United, Vidal said: "I am already at a great team like Juventus."

Nevertheless, the midfielder refuses to confirm he will stay at the Serie A giants next season and adds that he will decide his future later this summer.

"I am not thinking about where to go next. I just want to enjoy my holiday here in Chile with the people I love.We will see what happens when I get back to Italy. I will see," he said to Chilean reporters.

Meanwhile, reports in Spain claim United are also battling with Paris Saint Germain to secure the services of Argentinian international Di Maria.
