They have just wrapped up their joint On The Run Tour, but it looks like Beyoncé and Jay Z's working relationship is far from over.

According to radio personality DJ Skee, Queen B and her rapper husband are heading back into the studio to work on a joint album.

Although the duo has previously featured on each other's tracks, this will be the first time they will release a collaborative LP.

"The biggest couple in music, maybe entertainment, maybe the... it's crazy, but anyway, they're working on an album together, you know who I'm talking about, Jay Z and Beyonce, I have confirmed, I've talked to a couple of sources," he recently told Dash Radio listeners.

The superstar couple will be hoping to emulate the same level of success Jay Z enjoyed when he and Kanye West's Watch the Throne album went platinum and topped charts across the globe. Their tour raked in almost $80m (£48m).

While the Carters are yet to confirm the join album, the new project will end speculation that the couple are headed for a divorce.

Ever since the infamous lift attack by Beyonce's sister Solange on Jay Z, the power couple have been dogged by divorce rumours and Jay Z has been linked to a number of other women.
