Bill Gates Blasts 'Absurd' Epstein Files Claims About Cheating with 'Russian Girls' and Getting STD: 'Completely False'

Bill Gates blasts the 'absurd' details that the newly released documents from former financier, human trafficker, and convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, reveal about him.

Among the records released by the Department of Justice (DOJ) is an email sent by the convicted pedophile to himself.

Epstein claimed that the Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist contracted a sexually transmitted disease (STD) after sleeping and cheating with 'Russian girls' to his then-wife, Melinda French Gates, and subsequently asked Epstein for antibiotics. Gates has vehemently denied the claims.

Epstein Files Claims About Bill Gates

The DOJ released the new Epstein Files on Friday, 30 November 2026. Among the files is a lengthy email of Epstein lashing out at Gates. Although the email was sent to himself, it was addressed to Gates.

Epstein expressed his disappointment to Gates for distancing himself and ending their six year of friendship.

Epstein wrote: 'I cannot believe that you have chosen to disregard our friendship developed of over the last 6 years.'

In the said email, Epstein also claims that Gates contracted an STD after having a sexual encounter with 'Russian girls', thus implying that the Philanthropists cheated on his then-wife, Melinda.

The convicted sex offender said that Gates sought help from him to provide antibiotics to Melinda without her knowledge to prevent her from being infected with an STD.

The email read: 'TO add insult to the injury you them (sic) implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda and the description of your penis.'

In another email that appears to be written from the point of view of Gates' former top adviser, Boris Nikolic, it also claims that Bill have STD.

The intent is actually to resign from thephilanthropic organisation, the Gates Foundation, formerly the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Nikolic wrote: 'I have been caught up in a severe marital dispute between Melinda and Bill...'

He added that he had been asked to do something 'morally inappropriate', 'ethically unsound' and 'potentially illegal.'

He wrote: 'From helping Bill to get drugs, in order to deal with consequences of sex with russian girls, to facilitating his illicit trusts, with married women, to being asked to provide adderall fro (sic) bridge touramnts (sic), as I am a medial doctor, but have no presriptions (sic) writing ability.'

The emails were unclear whether they were ever sent to Gates, but it is dated 18 July 2013.

Furthermore, Gates and Melinda were married from 1994 to 2021. Melinda, who is now a philanthropist, cited Gates' affairs and friendship with Epstein as reasons for the divorce, but did not divulge further details.

Bill Gates Denies 'Absurd' Claims

As soon as the email was released and gained traction on Friday, Gates vehemently denied the claims and issued a strongly worded statement about it through his philanthropic foundation.

The statement read: 'These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false.'

Gates' spokesperson said that the documents only prove Epstein's frustration with their broken friendship. 'The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein's frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame,' the statement said.

Gates said he regrets his friendship with the convicted paedophile and former financier. In a Wall Street Journal interview in 2025, he claimed he had been 'played' by Epstein, who died in a New York City jail in 2019.

'Jeffrey, in retrospect, iw as foolish to spend any time with him, and he sort of got time with various people by spending time with other people,' Gates said.

'So yes, I think I was quite stupid. I thought it would help me with global health philanthropy Buit in fact it failed to do that, it was a huge mistake.'
