Canadian rapper Drake has not moved on from Rihanna, but he is not ready for a commitment either.
The 27-year-old rapper has been in an on-again-off-again relationship with Rihanna.
The pair, who had dated briefly in 2009 following the We Found Love singer's very public split from Chris Brown, broke up completely back in May over commitment issues.
"He'll always have love for Rihanna. He's just not in a position to give her what she would want and he's honest about that," a source told Hollywood Life.
"He can't give her 100%. He'd rather devote all that energy to his music, his career and other business ventures. He's not ready for a serious commitment to her."
"He's not ready to move in with her, set up shop and play house. It's nothing against her, he's not ready for any woman right now," the insider explained.
"He loves Rihanna too much to lead her on. He's not that man. He loves her and respects her entirely too much to play with heart. He's just not ready, but he's cool with her and they are friends," the source added.
Previously, Drake had admitted that Rihanna was his fantasy woman, but insisted they were just good friends.
"She's the ultimate fantasy. I mean, I think about it. Like, 'Man, that would be good.' We have fun together, she's cool and s**t. But we're just friends. That's my dog for life," he told Rolling Stone magazine.
