Sergio Aguero took to Twitter this morning to confirm that his proposed £38m move from Atletico Madrid to Manchester City is almost complete.

The 23-year-old Argentina international flew in to Manchester this morning after he cut short a holiday in his homeland to finalise contract negotiations and undertake a medical.

"Just landed at Manchester to put the finishing touches to the deal with City. All going very well! I'll tell you more in a little while," he wrote.

Ageuro will become the club's third signing of the summer following the arrival of Arsenal's Gael Clichy and Stefan Savic from Partizan Belgrade.
