Amid cheating and divorce rumours, Beyonce reportedly fired her security guard, Julius De Boer!

De Boer started working with Beyonce in 2008 and there were reports earlier that the singer's close relationship with the Dutch bodyguard is the real reason behind her marital troubles.

Jay Z is reportedly furious and jealous of the handsome security guard of six years and wants the security company, RAD Security, to find another suitable candidate for the position, reported RadarOnline.

The site claims that the tension was palpable at the Pasadena Rose Bowl when the couple allegedly had a rough patch before hitting the stage.

"The two of them walked off the main stage to a stage at the fifty yard line together," a source said. "But Jay Z walked five feet in front of Beyoncé without looking behind, and it was Julius who carried her train and made sure she got to the stage OK. It was very bizarre," the source added.

According to Star magazine, the Lost One rapper is suspicious of Beyoncé and Julius' relationship. "Jay definitely thinks that there was and may still be something romantic going on between Bey and Julius," the source revealed.

"He wanted to fire Julius last February, but Beyoncé said, 'Julius isn't going anywhere,'" the insider added.

Meanwhile, RAD Security announced that they are looking for candidates for their "Executive Protection" department.

In their job listing, they posted this: "We are looking for highly-trained and experienced individuals who are positive professionals, work well in high stress, high demand environments, and can perform effectively as part of a team.

"We are seeking candidates of high ethical standards, honesty, integrity, and self-discipline. The right individual will work in collaboration with the rest of the team in a multifunctional role to ensure the safety and security of the client(s). Please note: international travel is required"

However, RAD refused to confirm or deny whether De Boer was leaving the company. Jay Z and Beyonce are also tight lipped about the whole firing incident.
