Jose Mourinho has launched a bitter tirade against what he claims is a 'campaign against Chelsea,' following his side's 1-1 draw at Southampton at the weekend.

Mourinho was left fuming after a penalty was not awarded when Cesc Fabregas went down in the box, with the Spanish midfielder instead booked for diving. In the subsequent press conference, Mourinho said, "There is a campaign against Chelsea. I don't know why there is this campaign and I do not care".

Halfway through the season, Chelsea stand three-points clear of title holders Manchester City on 46 points. The Blues next face a London derby against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on New Year's Day.
