Nicole Scherzinger has sparked speculation that she is leaving X Factor judging panel.

Nicole Scherzinger has hinted that she may be leaving the X Factor judging panel to focus on music.

During a recent interview, the former Pussycat Doll said that she was not sure whether she would be back for another series of the ITV talent show.

"I don't know. I'm just living in the moment right now. I've really enjoyed my time here and this year has been awesome," she told Entertainment Wise.

"I'm really excited to focus on my music next year."

The 35-year-old star, who has no contestants in this year's final, went on to say she would miss fellow judges Gary Barlow, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh after they all became close on this year's show.

She said: "I couldn't have asked for a better panel, a better family to be with on the X Factor."

"I'm gonna miss all of them. I'm very close to all of them, we're like family. I'm going to miss the UK. I love it here, I feel like I'm an adopted Brit."

Scherzinger, who returned for a second year of judging on the show, will perform a duet with prison officer Sam Bailey during the show's grand finale this weekend.

"I'm supporting all three equally but I think that Sam Bailey is the favourite," she said.

Bailey is currently favourite to win the show when she goes up against Nicholas McDonald and Luke Friend.
