World No 1 Novak Djokovic will take on Stan Wawrinka in the Men's singles final of the 2015 Roland Garros on Sunday.

Overview

Djokovic had to wait for another day to seal a berth in the final after his semifinal clash scheduled for Friday, was halted due to a storm. He was leading two sets to one against Andy Murray and the match was at 3-3 in the fourth set.

The game resumed on Saturday and the British tennis star bounced back to level the score 2-2 in the fourth set. However, the Serbian made no mistake to seal the match as he won the final set comfortably to clinch the semifinal 6-3 6-3 5-7 5-7 6-1.

Earlier, Djokovic defeated nine-time French Open winner Rafael Nadal in the quarter final and Murray in the last four of the tournament. With his current form, he is the favourite to win the final on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Wawrinka made it to the final after defeating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the previous round. The Swiss tennis ace won the opening set, only to lose the next in the tie breaker. The third set was also decided on a tie breaker, which was won by the 30-year-old.

Wawrinka made no mistake to seal the match by winning the fourth set. He will be hoping to take advantage of the additional day's rest to his advantage when he takes on the World No 1 in the final.
