Poland will take on Kenya in the fourth match of the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup at the Arena by TransStadia in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 8 October, Saturday. The two teams are placed in Pool B and it will the first group stage fixture.

Both these nations are making their debut in the World Cup, having failed to make it in the previous two occasions in 2004 and 2007. Not much would be expected from these two, but Poland and Kenya are pitted against each other in the opening match, which could benefit one of the sides.

Either of Poland and Kenya can start the tournament on the front foot, with a victory on Saturday. The Polish side's captain Michal Spiczko has played in the Pro Kabaddi League with Bengaluru Bulls.

On the other hand, Kenya will be led by David Mosambay, who has also featured in the Pro Kabaddi League with Puneri Paltan. The captains' experience will be crucial in guiding their side to victory at the Arena by TransStadia.
