Paris Saint Germain are willing to make another massive investment this summer and according to French reports they are planning a £34m bid for Chelsea star Heden Hazard.

PSG aspire to become one of the best teams in the world and having conquered Ligue 1 last season, their next dream is to win the Champions League. Manager Laurent Blanc believes that Hazard would add the quality he needs to reach this ambitious target.

France Football claims that PSG are considering an ambitious triple swoop for Chelsea star Eden Hazard, Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba and Real Madrid centre-back Raphael Varane.

The French giants want the talented 22-year-old Belgian playmaker to complete an amazing trio alongside Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Furthermore, they would like to add former Manchester United prodigy Pogba to their ranks, as well talented Real Madrid defender Varane.

The problem for PSG is that Hazard is under contract with the Blues until 2017 and it seems inconceivable that manager Jose Mourinho would let him go – considering the Belgian has become a key player for Chelsea since he moved to Stamford Bridge for £35m from Lille two seasons ago.

Hazard has already scored six goals and grabbed six assists in 16 Premier League this season and he is a regular starter for Mourinho.

Hazard's prestige in France is really high as he spent five great seasons at Lille, winning a league and cup double in 2011 and picking up two Ligue 1 Player of the Year awards.

Last summer PSG spent £97m in transfers, including £56m striker Cavani and the Brazilian centre-back Marquinhos. Furthermore, they were linked to Chelsea's Spanish playmaker Juan Mata.
