The match starts at 6pm BST. Live coverage will be available on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD. Real-time internet updates and the live streaming link are available on the tournament's official website.

Overview

Rafael Nadal has been in brilliant form in the tournament before the grand slams get under way.

The Spaniard destroyed Czech Tomas Berdych 7-6(3) 6-1 on Saturday (9 May) to schedule a clash with Murray in the final.

Nadal has failed to show the level of consistency fans are accustomed to since the start of the year and needs to put in a disciplined show in order to retain the title in front of his home fans.

Murray has also been in good form since winning his first title on clay in Munich and has been going from strength to strength in the campaign.

He got the better of No 6 seed Kei Nishikori 6-3, 6-4 on clay on Saturday, a remarkable feat given the Japanese international was unbeaten on clay in 2015. Nishikori was also the finalist in the 2014 edition of the Madrid Masters, where he had lost to Nadal.
