Rodgers is willing to include fringe players on their pre-season's tour of America

Brendan Rodgers has named his 33-man squad on Liverpool's pre-season tour of United States. He has included Fabio Borini, Suso and Pepe Reina after the trio spent last season on loan at Sunderland, Almeria and Napoli respectively.

Having already started the pre-season campaign with a 2-1 defeat against Brondby, the Liverpool squad will continue their preparation in America from Sunday 20 July to 4 August with friendly games against big European clubs like Roma and Milan as well as Premier League rivals Manchester City.

Rodgers has named all new signings; Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana, Emre Can and Lazar Markovic while he also looks set to give second chances to Borini, Suso and Reina after their sucesful loan experiences abroad.

Borini scored several crucial goals for Sunderland last season to help them escape relegation while Suso proved his worth in La Liga, providing eight La Liga assists.

Meanwhile, Reina's future at Anfield looked over but his agent recently revealed that after a productive season at Napoli he is ready to return as he still has two years left on his contract with the Merseysiders.

Furthermore, a number of promising youngsters like Jon Ibe, Joao Carlos Teixeira and Jack Robinson will have the chance to impress during the tour.

Liverpool have outlined the squad's itinerary and playing schedule on tour.
