Selena Gomez had opened up about her apparent feud with Miley Cyrus. The 23-year-old singer assured that there is no bad blood between them.
During an interview with W Magazine, the Come and Get It singer talked how Cyrus and Demi Lovato found their identity post Disney days. She said: "Every single girl has done it completely differently. Obviously, she [Miley] wouldn't want to be doing what I'm doing, and I wouldn't want to be doing what she's doing. But I'm a fan of her music — I don't know if she'd say that about me."
"We never feuded," she added. "We both liked the same guy when we were 16. It was just a Hilary Duff–Lindsay Lohan thing: 'Oh, my God, we like the same boy!' We are now completely settled in our own lives."
In 2008, the Wrecking Ball singer mocked Gomez in a YouTube parody. In 2014, Cyrus dissed Justin Bieber's former girlfriend during a concert in Milan, Italy. The Hannah Montana star grabbed a cardboard cut-out of Gomez from a member of the audience while singing the song FU and then threw the cut-out back into the crowd.
Cyrus recited the lyrics to the hit song: "I got two, ooh, ooh letters for you, One of them's F and the other one's U, Cause what you gotta do, is go get yourself a clue, Only two, ooh ooh letters to choose, One of them's F and the other one's U, SMH, I'm pressing send on you'."
