Happy New Year, Shahrukh Khan's most awaited movie of the year, is all set to have its trailer released a day before the Indian Independence day and the cast and crew had so far managed to keep the key plot line of their movie a secret.

Well, not anymore. Three months ahead of the movie's release, some juicy and interesting facts about the movie's plot and King Khan's possible role in the film have been leaked online.

Below are some spoilers via Bollywood Boxoffice and it reveals much about the plot of the Farah Khan-directed movie.

1. Shahrukh will play the character Charlie, who is a fearless thief and a mastermind hacker. Unlike his soft on-screen personality, this movie will show him as a rough and tough person.

2. Khan, who is known for great music for his movies, is set to create bigger musical magic with Happy New Year by recruiting leading Indian singers, including Yo Yo Honey Singh, Mika Singh, Sonu Nigam and Arijit Singh.

The music album, directed by Vishal-Shekhar, is rumoured to deliver the best of the year and become a chart-buster.

3. The movie, which revolves around dance, will also feature one slow motion dance sequence and item numbers by none other than Deepika Padukone and Mallika AroraKhan. The movie is also said to have a 20-minute non-stop dance sequence.

4. Apart from the glossy dance numbers, the movie will also have some spectacular underwater sequence, specially shot by Italian cinematographer Franz Pagot.

5. King Khan, known for shooting his movies in exotic locations, has made every effort to make his upcoming movie look classy in each frame by filming at the majestic Atlantis and the Palm in Dubai.

The movie, touted to become a blockbuster, is creating quite a buzz among Khan's movie fans. However, SRK will face tough challenge from his arch-rival Salman Khan, who recently stunned the Indian box office by delivering a smash hit with his action thriller movie Kick.

Shahrukh's Happy New Year will be released on 23 October and stars Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan in key roles.
