Karrueche Tran's complicated love life may have filled column inches but her stunning figure continues to send tongues wagging and temperatures soaring. The 28-year-old aspiring actress, who is a proud member of the 'itty bitty' committee, is spilling the beans on how she maintains her curves.

Speaking to IBTimes UK, the 5ft 1in beauty revealed that simplicity has always been the key to her workout and abs, upper body and lower body exercises helps her maintain her toned muscles and 105lbs frame. "Because I'm so small I don't need to work out super hard, I don't want to be a muscle on a stick. I really work on my abs and I'll do crunches and I work on my butt. I do tonnes of squats, jump squats and fire hydrants."

Chris Brown's former girlfriend added: "I try to work out as much as possible. I'd say on average like 3 times a week. I have a small frame so I don't do any intense workouts."

The slim former celebrity stylist, who is signed to the Wilhelmina Models roster, also knows that exercise is pointless if you have unhealthy eating habits so she makes sure she drinks "tonnes of water" and avoids fast food. "It's so hard because it's so easy and convenient. I choose healthier choices when I'm eating. It's not easy, it's hard to eat healthy."

And it looks like all that efforts has paid off. Tran has been showing off the results of all her hard work during a family trip to Las Vegas. In one snap posted on her Instagram page she poses with her brother wearing a white denim shorts and a bralette. She highlighted her washboard abs with a gold body chain.
